Nora is a Minister of the SNU, and has worked as a medium for about thirty years. During the past ten years she has traveled to work in Spain, Germany (Black Forest), Boston, Quincy, Plymouth, Watertown and Seattle in USA.

She is now a committee member of Darlington SNU Church having been President for a number of years; she runs a Lyceum and Development Class within the Church - She has organised development classes on a regular basis since 1978. She is currently the President of the Spiritualists Lyceum Union; Chairman of Friends of Stansted Hall and Vice President of the Northern District Council of the SNU.

Nora works as a Healer, and has the Healing Diploma of the SNU and is a Teacher of the SNU in both Healing and Speaking. She holds the Diploma as a Speaker and the Certificate as a Demonstrator. She has studied and passed several of the SNU postal courses and have variously been Course Organiser and Tutor plus examiner on many of these. Working as a Tutor on Speed weeks at Stansted Hall and locally. She has worked regularly at the Arthur Findlay College, Stansted Hall since 1986. Her work at National level within the SNU has included working on Standing Committees from July 1986 until July 2000. She was Chairman of the following standing committees:

Education; Training and Awards; Arthur Findlay College - She is still a member of the Arthur Findlay College Committee (now a sub committee) and is currently responsible for organising the Open Week each May.

Privately, she is very much a family person, She has three Children, ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren and she loves spending time with them all.
