William B Nedderman studied with the Proudfoot School of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy and is a member of the U.K Guild of Hypnotist Examiners. He is a Certified Master Hypnotist and Certified Hypnotherapist.
Hypnosis is a most practical science of our age today. It enters into every life and confers advantages that cannot be acquired through any other medium. Its practice is no longer a mere pastime for amusement and sensation; as professional men and women of the highest standing now recognise its value and seek to profit by its benefits: scientists regard it as a natural power, for ages kept dormant, but apparently destined to perform an active part in the welfare and development of future generations.
Hypnosis and self-hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness e.g. with hypnosis, one can improve the mind, alleviate phobias and help to control stress. Hypnosis can also help with mediumship whether it, be, Mental, Physical or Healing.
