CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

The health and well-being of our guests and employees is our top priority. We are monitoring the situation constantly.

Cancellation policy & booking flexibly

We know that flexibility is what our guests are looking for right now. So, we are waiving cancellation fees and offering free transfers for existing and new bookings at the Arthur Findlay College until 20th November 2020 up to 24 hours prior to arrival.

Due to the exceptional circumstances of the Coronavirus outbreak and we will review this policy on a daily basis and ongoing as the situation develops.

The College is temporarily closed and all courses are cancelled up to and including 27th November 2020. This is very likely to change and we will update this on Monday 26th October 2020. See the full update on the News page – https://www.arthurfindlaycollege.org/temporary-closure-of-the-afc/

However courses may be subject to last minute cancellation in the event that they become economically unviable.

The Arthur Findlay College understands that from time-to-time your booking may be affected by events outside of your control.  In such cases, we make every possible effort to keep you informed and to provide you with the level of service that you require so that you can manage your bookings and plan around these unforeseen circumstances.

When the college re-opens, and if you have recently been in contact with a person suspected of Coronavirus, you will be in isolation and will not be able to travel or leave the isolation zone. It is your obligation to act responsibly and not travel.

Many UK and international flight companies have cancelled flights and you may not be able to travel to the UK and/or your return flight may be cancelled. Please check with your airline to ensure that your flights for both inward to the UK and your return flight remain in operation.

We remind you that we highly recommend travel insurance when we accept your bookings and we advise you to contact your travel operators and or insurers for potential lost funds on your travel arrangements.
