Christmas is a perfect time to celebrate the light within us, we have spent another year learning and growing through life’s experiences.
But a time to look towards the light of the approaching New Year.
We will be including in the course programme:
- Exploring sensitivity with greater awareness – learning to recognise the difference between sensitivity, emotional response, teaching us to observe but not participate in emotional response.
- Developing presence and grounding, so that sensitivity can be experienced without losing our connection with ourselves.
- Exploring the different aspects of our experience – physical sensations, emotions, thoughts and spiritual sensitivity and how they influence one another.
- Using breath, sound, stillness and mindful awareness as practical ways of listening more deeply to ourselves.
- Exploring creative and spiritual sensitivity through experiential exercises, including how we perceive and respond to other people and the spirit world.
- Bringing everything together so that spiritual development is not separate from our everyday wellbeing but becomes something we can integrate into our lives.
