“40 years ago I walked through the doors of Stansted Hall . From that first experience it transformed my life , gave me knowledge and purpose to life besides the mediumistic journey
In The words of Andrew Jackson Davies the experience helped me loosen the shackles of the earth giving my spirit the freedom lo live, express the true power and essence of my soul.”

“There is no where else on earth like the Arthur Findlay College. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the atmosphere of understanding, knowledge, upliftment and healing. It is an honour and a privilege to be a tutor here, to help others on their personal journey of spiritual discovery, something I will never take for granted.”

“At the Arthur Findlay College I have (re)discovered Spiritualism which has helped me with my personal and spiritual development. This has been the beginning of a wonderful journey developing my skills as a person, a medium but also as a teacher. The rich history of the place, where so many spiritual pioneers have gone before me can be felt in every corner. It is as if the walls are infused with love, wisdom and inspiration. It offers a sacred foundation where the spirit world feels profoundly close. A place that continuously reminds me of the deeper calling in my work.”

“I first came to the Arthur Findlay College as a student in the 1970’s, and knew I had found my Spiritual home. I have been a Tutor and Course organiser at AFC for more than 30 years, privileged to work with some of the most inspiring Spiritual mediums and wonderful students from all over the world.”

“Teaching at the College is always an honour. The rooms are steeped in the rich history of our Union. But the College is not just a museum, it is an exciting place that brings together people from all over the world to learn and develop.”

“Education and spirituality are interwoven forces that empower me to navigate life with purpose and ethical clarity. The College stands as a beacon of both intellectual curiosity and spiritual reflection. This interplay has fostered personal growth and compassionate engagement with society, guiding me to act with integrity and empathy and thus contributing to a more just and mindful community. It is an honour to be a part of fulfilling the dream of Arthur Findlay.”

“I have worked at the college for over 20 years as Night Manager. I came here initially part time but soon realised that it is no ordinary place to work. Apart from the beautiful buildings and grounds, which are wonderful and calming, the most important thing is the lovely caring people I have met over the years some of whom have become personal friends. It is a lovely accepting place to be, very supportive and almost like a family. At times it feels like working at home with a large extended family and it is always lovely to see both familiar and new faces in our community”

“For the past 11 years I have had the privilege of working at the Arthur Findlay College, I started my journey in Housekeeping back in 2014 and then moved onto the Shop where I have been the Manager for the last 9 years. I have the opportunity to meet lots of fascinating people from all walks of life and feel very grateful to work in such a lovely place.”
