Accommodation for residents is located on the first and second floors of Stansted Hall with additional accommodation available in the Annexe (Britten House) and Clock Cottage, within a 5-minute walk down the garden in the stunning grounds.

Most bedrooms have been recently refurbished and offer character and style. Sympathetically decorated to maintain the charm of days gone by and the heritage surroundings, yet offer a fresh modern look.

FAQs

Not all rooms have an en-suite facility. However, there are a number of bathrooms, shower rooms and toilet facilities on both floors for residents in basic rooms. On the second floor there are individual power showers.

Tea & Coffee making facilities and a wash basin are available in all rooms. We also provide you with towels and a soap bar, just in case you forget yours. But we recommend bringing your own toiletries, hair dryer and adapters (if travelling from abroad).

Yes! Free WiFi access is available thought the College, Clock House & Annexe. Please note a password will be needed to access the WiFi in Clock House & Annexe

Some bedrooms in the Clock cottage have been especially designed to allow ‘access for all’. We do not currently have any accessible bedrooms in the main College so you will need to be able to get to and from the annex in your car or down the drive.
